All work instructions come into our help desk and jobs are then allocated to our team in the field. Communication is paramount and therefore a close liaison is maintained between the field operatives, our help desk and you the client.
All completed jobs are supported by an official job sheet and all information relating to each and every job is registered onto our computer system. We can offer various response times dependent upon the nature of the work, which can be specified according to the client’s requirements.
