Brief

The works comprise the refurbishment of existing offices, including removing all furniture, cupboards, fixtures & fittings, stripping up carpet tiles and vinyl flooring, preparing all remaining surfaces for new finishes/decoration, lay new carpet tiles and vinyl flooring as required and decorate all walls, ceilings and timber, and the supply and installation of new office furniture including desks, chairs, boardroom table, storage units, breakfast bar and stools, and kitchen worktop cupboards and sink unit. 

The existing electrical installation will need to be stripped back and amended to suit the new offices layout, including new power & data points and LED light fittings throughout.  Plans available upon request

Scope of works

  1. Strip out and dispose of existing cupboards, worktops and redundant fixtures and fittings
  2. Strip up and dispose of existing carpeting/vinyl safety flooring
  3. Strip out existing electrical installation including redundant sockets, wiring, containment and lighting
  4. Construct stud partitions to form new entrance and new server room
  5. Prepare existing sub-floor for new carpet tiles/vinyl safety flooring
  6. Supply and lay new carpet tiles, including to staircase
  7. Supply and lay vinyl safety flooring to WCs, including coved skirting on timber backing
  8. Supply and install 4no entrance mats
  9. Supply and fix new 100mm timber skirting
  10. Allow to decorate all walls, Dulux grey matt emulsion
  11. Allow to decorate all woodwork including skirting, door frames, window sills, overhead beams etc, Dulux dark grey gloss
  12. Supply and fix tiles to WC walls
  13. Allow to reconfigure existing electrical installation to suit amended layout, including new wiring, containment, sockets and CAT 6e data cabling
  14. Supply and install new LED lighting throughout
  15. Supply and install new ‘L’ shaped desks and ergonomic chairs to match
  16. Supply and install drawer unit, shelving unit and notice/pin board per desk
  17. Supply and install 1no boardroom table and 14 no. chairs
  18. Supply and install ‘L’ shaped breakfast bar and 4no. High-stools
  19. Supply and install prep area counter including worktop, sink unit, cupboards under
  20. Allow for a plumber for 2no days to disconnect existing sanitary ware, cap-off supplies where necessary, reconnect upon completion of decorations and to install new sink unit to break-room including amending existing pipework to suit.
