Project Management

All our services are dependent on effective project management. The client chooses which elements of our project management capabilities are appropriate to complement our building trades services. Our projects will range from complete turn key services to straightforward installations. We undertake full project management responsibility for many of our clients, involving us in property acquisition, planning applications, design drawings (electrical work, merchandising layouts, shop front signage, office layout etc), liaison with solicitors and property agents, and responsibility for on-going maintenance and dilapidation programmes.

Design Services

Working closely with the client, our designers can create initial concepts and ideas for retail, office and exhibition environments which can be presented as sketch perspective visuals. Once approved they can be costed and developed into detailed designs using a CAD package. Final presentation can include 3D computer visualisation or video fly-through’s if appropriate.
